Who are we?
Global Jet Ambulance Plus (GJA) is a company that offers membership plans to individuals and families to medically evacuate them to their home hospital in the event they become hospitalized anywhere in the world and have been providing evacuation services for 15 years and transport 150 members annually.

What do we offer?
Our family medical plan retails for a $350 annual fee. For this fee, you and your immediate family receive a package of more than 15 services. The major service is medical evacuation. If you become ill and are hospitalized more than 150 miles from your home – in the U.S. as well as in foreign countries – Global Jet Ambulance Plus will pick you up in an ambulance, take you to a nearby airport where two pilots and two medics and a medically equipped jet will fly you to your home hospital. One phone call gets the process started.
